This beautiful statue shows the mask of the Egyptian King Tutankhamun, it is a replica of the original. The sculpture is suitable as decoration in Egyptian style, but also nice to give as a gift.

Tutankhamen (or King Tut) is the youngest and most famous pharaoh of Egypt. He was Pharaoh of the 18th Dynasty of Ancient Egypt. Originally he was called Tutankhaton, later for politico-religious reasons his name was changed to Tutankhamun, which means something like: "Living image of Amon".

Toetanchamon (ofwel King Tut) is de jongste en meest bekende farao van Egypte. Hij was farao van de 18e Dynastie van het Oude Egypte. Oorspronkelijk heette hij Toetanchaton, later werd om politiek-religieuze redenen zijn naam veranderd in Toetanchamon, wat zoveel betekent als: "Levend evenbeeld van Amon".
