We try to keep costs as low as possible. The shipping fee depends on the size and weight of your order. Below are the rates for outside the Netherlands:
We plan to deliver your order within 5-7 working days after receiving your payment. If we expect your order to take longer, then we will notify you immediately. You will have the option to cancel your order. If you decide to cancel your order at this time, your payment will be refunded right away.
It is possible that your item(s) may not be in stock. If this happens, we will re-order the requested item(s) from our suppliers in Egypt. You will be notified if your order will take longer than 5-7 working days.
When we have shipped your order, you will be notified by email.
The items ordered from our Egyptian Webshop will be shipped to the address you provide by The Dutch PostNL or another service partner. Products are delivered in accordance with the legal provisions applicable in the Netherlands relating to “distance selling.”
Mailbox post means that the products you have purchased will be delivered to you simply by your mailbox. However, this is entirely at the buyer's risk. We are not liable for any loss of the letterbox packets that lose at PostNL.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days after receiving it.
We will accept only returned orders with the original packing that have not been used or altered in any way. After we receive your return, we will refund the original purchase amount within 8 days back to your account.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
