The eye of Horus has elements of the eye of a falcon and the eye of a human being.

The Egyptian used both eyes as an amulet.

The left eye was associated with the moon and one could use it as an amulet for healing; the healing, the weather becomes a whole.

The right eye, the sun's eye, was an amulet for protection against evil forces.
